Where this came from
We did not start OptiCrunch thinking about shelter donations. That is the honest answer. We started it because we could not find a treat we felt good about and decided to make one ourselves.
But at some point during that process, someone asked a simple question. If we are making something this intentional, why would it only reach pets who already have everything? The question did not have a complicated answer. It just required a decision.
