Return & Refund Policy

At OptiCrunch, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. Every order is carefully packed and held to the same standard, regardless of where it is placed, whether through Amazon, TikTokShop, or directly through our website at opticrunch.us. Because of this commitment to quality, all sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, or dissatisfaction with taste or texture. We encourage all customers to review product details, ingredients, and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase. If you have questions about our product prior to ordering, we are happy to help.

Damaged in Transit - Eligible for Review

The only exception to our no-return, no-refund policy applies to products that have been damaged during shipping and transit. If your order arrives in a condition that makes it unusable or unsafe due to damage caused during the delivery process, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To submit a damage claim, the following conditions must be met:

The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date and time. Claims submitted outside of this window will not be reviewed or considered. You must provide your original order number, a written description of the damage, and clear photographic evidence showing both the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in. Photos must be submitted at the time of the initial claim. Claims submitted without supporting documentation will not be processed.

Review Process

Once a valid claim is received, our team will review the submitted information within 5 to 7 business days. OptiCrunch reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the damage qualifies under this policy and whether a replacement or refund is the appropriate resolution. We do not guarantee that every claim will result in a refund or replacement, and our decision following review is final.

Approved claims will be resolved in one of the following ways: a replacement unit shipped at no additional cost to the customer, or a full refund issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Platform-Specific Orders

Orders placed through Amazon or TikTokShop may be subject to the return and refund policies of those respective platforms in addition to ours. We recommend reviewing the policies of the platform through which you purchased before submitting a claim. For orders placed directly through opticrunch.us, this policy applies in full.
